WHY PARTNER WITH US

Why Partner With Sovereignty

A growing pipeline of work.

We’re licensed across California, Alaska, and Montana and active on Tribal and federally funded projects across Indian Country. As we grow toward becoming the go-to builder in Indian Country, our partners grow with us.

Clear scopes, clear expectations.

You’ll know what’s expected, when it’s due, and how you’ll be measured. No surprises, no games.

We run on a disciplined system of execution. You’ll have a real point of contact and answers when you need them.

Respect for the trades.

We came up self-performing the work. We know what a fair scope and a buildable schedule look like, and we treat our partners accordingly.

WHERE WE BUILD

Where We Work

We build across California, Alaska, and Montana, and on reservations and rural sites throughout Indian Country. A lot of our work is remote, off the beaten path, and logistically demanding. Partners who can mobilize to those locations, and who don’t flinch at limited resources or changing conditions, move to the top of our list.

WHAT WE EXPECT

What We Look For in a Trade Partner

We hold our partners to the same standard we hold ourselves. The subs who thrive with us:

Are properly licensed for their scope and state(s).

Carry the right insurance: general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto.

Are bondable when a project requires it.

Maintain a strong safety record and run safe job sites.

Can perform on prevailing-wage and federally funded work, including certified payroll (Davis-Bacon) where it applies.

Communicate early and directly, and finish what they start.

Experience on Tribal or reservation projects is a plus, but reliability, quality, and grit matter most.

INDIAN COUNTRY FIRST

Tribal and Native-Owned

As a Native-owned company, we believe the economic benefit of building in Indian Country should stay in Indian Country wherever possible. We actively encourage Tribally owned and Native-owned businesses to join our bid list.
