WHAT WE NEED
Trades & Services We’re Looking For
We’re actively building our list across the following scopes, and this list isn’t exhaustive:
Surveying, civil, earthwork, and grading
Solar and renewable systems
Landscaping and erosion control
Material suppliers and equipment rental
Don’t see your scope? We still want to hear from you.
Where We Work
We build across California, Alaska, and Montana, and on reservations and rural sites throughout Indian Country. A lot of our work is remote, off the beaten path, and logistically demanding. Partners who can mobilize to those locations, and who don’t flinch at limited resources or changing conditions, move to the top of our list.
What We Look For in a Trade Partner
Are properly licensed for their scope and state(s).
Carry the right insurance: general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto.
Are bondable when a project requires it.
Maintain a strong safety record and run safe job sites.
Can perform on prevailing-wage and federally funded work, including certified payroll (Davis-Bacon) where it applies.
Communicate early and directly, and finish what they start.
Experience on Tribal or reservation projects is a plus, but reliability, quality, and grit matter most.
INDIAN COUNTRY FIRST
Tribal and Native-Owned
As a Native-owned company, we believe the economic benefit of building in Indian Country should stay in Indian Country wherever possible. We actively encourage Tribally owned and Native-owned businesses to join our bid list.
